Welcome to my new page I setup to detail my current and upcoming projects for those who wish to see what's going on and what's going to be going on...or something like that. The goal is to list any projects I have ongoing as well as what I plan to do in the near future. Enjoy!
Current Projects - Gaming Nexus
My WWE 2K16 Career Mode:
While trying to get somewhere on the Mega Man III Portable Perfect Run Series (see below), I wanted to get something up on a more consistant basis that just two review videos a month. That being said I decided to start recording my journey through WWE 2K16's My Career Mode where you start out learning the basics at the WWE Performance Center before moving on to NXT. From there hopefully you'll be good enough to become the new NXT Champion and move onto the main roster. Should be a fun and wild ride to the top.
On The Back Burner
Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes:
This is a ROM hack of Chrono Trigger that was around 98% complete when Square sent the team making the game a cease and desist letter. Since then the ROM was leaked online so I decided to finally give it a shot. Let me just say this now, a lot of the time I complain about the difficulty, and due to this I had to put the project on the back burner. I'm to the point where I have to really grind to level up a bit before taking on a boss, and it's gotten to the point where it's less fun and more frustrating, so I had to set this one aside for a bit.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Minimalist Run):
This is going somewhat better than expected though I'm at the point of hitting huge brick walls. Once you get a few dungeons into the Dark World you begin to realize just how much you miss those items that you can't have because they're not required to clear the game. Still, I'm enjoying this project and hope to finish it soon, but Trinexx in Turtle Rock says otherwise.
Mega Man III Portable Perfect Runs:
This was supposed to start back in March of 2016, but one reason has kept anything from being uploaded: Snake Man. I figured he'd be the easiet Robot Master to tackle, and I was completely wrong. I couldn't be more wrong; Snake Man is starting to look like one of the toughest Robot Masters in the game for perfect running. Due to this I decided to put this one on the back burner as I worked on other projects to kind of step away from it for a bit.
Skyrim Spell Analysis:
I've been wanting to do a spell analysis series for Skyrim for a long time now and onw that I finally have the DLC, hopefully this will come to fruition sometime in 2016. The goal is to do one video per spell category (ie. Destruction, Alteration, etc.) and give my thoughts on each spell. As a small warning, Destruciton will get a good amount of praise from me.
